On the day of the event, the entrance opens at 8:30 am.
The first slalom run starts at 9:30 am and the second run continues at 12:30 pm.
The first Giant slalom run starts at 10:00 am and the second run continues at 1:00 pm.
Visitors will have the option to park in the available parking areas in Kranjska Gora, on the edges of roads in the village of Podkoren, and along the entire cycling road, where they will be directed by attendants, as well as at the new parking/rest area in Rateče by R1-202. If these areas are full, visitors will be redirected to the parking lot near the former Lek Hotel on Vršič Road, the old Borovška Road, and Ledine.
Transportation from these locations to the Podkoren bus stop will be organized by bus.
